Google-supported communities and the bloggers at Social Media Day 2014

Recently, the GBG communities of Cebu City and Mandaue City organized the Social Media Day 2014 for online communities in Cebu.

It was an intimate event to start with and was attended by the GEG communities, which are currently growing in numbers, the Travel Bloggers of Cebu, the media and bloggers, of course.

May 31, 2014 marks the first time YouTube has its first workshop in Cebu.

Although it's more of an introduction about YouTube for YouTubers in Cebu, still I'm glad that there are pretty ladies from YouTube who went here to impart things about the popular video-streaming site.

Just an FYI, YouTube is owned by Google and hence, this event is part of GBG Mandaue as well as of GBG Cebu.

AFTER-PARTY: GDays Mandaue 2014 at Outburst

The team of GDays Mandaue organizers including the speakers, supporters and Google-supported community managers Ruben Licera, Jr. and Johnn Mendoza dined and partied at Outburst in JCentre Mall, Mandaue City.

It was a night of fun, music, singing and booze together with my community managers Issa Perez, Mark Jamelo and Clifford Enoc.
